 GlossierG florist  pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality perishable products. Due to the delicate nature of our items, including sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light, all sales are final.

However, if you receive a defective product, we are here to assist you. Claims for defective items must be made within 1 hour of receiving your delivery.

To process your claim efficiently, please submit a photo of the defective arrangement via email gift.glossierg@gmail.com with the subject line "Defective Product." This will help us address the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
