  • Bouquets in a box. What is it?
    GlossierG dedicated to creating stunning bouquets that come in modern cardboard boxes. Our innovative designs are not only visually appealing but also revolutionize the way flowers are preserved and displayed. Our unique bouquets are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, encompassing a wet foam that securely holds the fresh flowers. The wet foam acts as a water source, thereby eliminating the need for a traditional vase or frequent water replacements. While our bouquets are designed to remain fresh without additional water, we do recommend adding a small amount of water for extra care. Detailed instructions on how to do this can be found in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on our website. These simple steps will ensure that your bouquet continues to flourish and radiate beauty throughout its lifespan.
  • Watering floral foam bouquet
    The water absorbed by the flowers and foam needs to be given more water to reabsorb, in order to replenish the lost fluids. The best way to check it, touch the the foam with finger to check the moisture level. When you push the foam gently with tip of finger you should feel light moisture. We recommend to pour water in at the center of the bouquet to avoid box getting wet. At the first day of delivery you don't need to add any water. Typically bouquets needs some additional water at second or third day after delivery. Regular& Deluxe size bouquet: 1/4 cup of water Premium and Lux size bouquet: 1/2 - 1 cup water Once the wet floral foam has dried, it cannot be re-wet.
  • How to keep flower bouquet fresh for longer time ?
    Keep your arrangements out of the hot sun or direct sunlight, any heat source (like TV or near a heat vent). Flowers will last longer in a room with cool temperatures.
  • Which bouquet to choose Side with Lid or Full Circle?
    It depends on where you want to sit bouquet. If next to the wall we recommend you side lid bouquet. In this case, all flowers will look at the front of the bouquet. A full circle bouquet is good to place at the center room, table, etc.
  • Price difference between Full Circle and half with Lid Bouquet?
    Flower arrangement where we have option of both way mean full circle arrangement have more flowers then side bouquet. That’s why the price is higher than than a half circle with a lid.
  • I like full circle bouquet at your website but I want side lid bouquet.
    In most cases, we can do it by placing the same amount of flowers at the front. In this case, the bouquet will look even more vide.
  • Why do some smaller-looking bouquets cost the same as bigger ones?
    We calculate our flower arrangement price depending on flowers quantity. Sometimes low or looking smaller bouquets has the same amount of flowers as bigger ones. In this case, flowers placed tighter to each other.
  • Delivery
    We don't provide same-day delivery. Most items need a 1-2 days delivery frame after placing an order. The delivery date can be selected during checkout. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address. IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME: In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form along with a courtesy e-mail regarding any issues. If we couldn’t diligence to reach you, we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and rescheduling delivery on a different day will not be accepted
  • Delivery Charge.
    Delivery charge based on the mileage from our workshop to the delivery location. Please choose the lowest rate from the delivery options.
  • Courier Delivery Radius
    Up to 35 miles from Fairfax , Virginia
  • Cancellation
    All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling 202-280-5012 at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the delivery day along with an e-mail explaining as to why cancellation is requested. If the requested delivery date is within the 24-hour time frame, we will not be able to cancel orders.
  • RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
    All sales are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 1 hour of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted via e-mail with “Defective Product” in Subject Line. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by GlossierG for longer-lasting floral arrangements.
